Andrew Forrester

Andrew is a junior at Duke University double-majoring in philosophy and physics. He is originally from Morristown, Tennessee and grew up hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains. In high school he became interested in physics and developed a passion for music and liturgy.

Andrew spent the 2020-2021 academic year teaching math at a Jesuit middle school and there found his love of teaching and ministry. He is hoping to become a Catholic priest after graduating. At Duke he's involved with the Society of Physics Students, Duke Crux, Duke Catholic Center, and the Center for Christianity and Scholarship. In his free time he enjoys playing piano, running, and reading old books.
